Refund & Cancellation Policy

Purpose of this Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules governing appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, missed consultations, and service interruptions for ConchyMan's Tele-Rehabilitation Services.

Appointment Booking

Appointments are considered confirmed only after consultation scheduling has been mutually agreed upon by both the therapist and the patient.

Patients are encouraged to verify all consultation details before the scheduled session.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.
Late cancellation requests may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future appointment requests.

Rescheduling Policy

Patients may request a change of appointment time.
Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.
Approval of a rescheduling request is not guaranteed.
Emergency situations will be considered individually.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated individually.
Completed consultations are generally non-refundable.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of cancellation.
Administrative and transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted.

Missed Appointments (No-Show)

If a patient fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the appointment may be treated as a completed session and may not qualify for refund or rescheduling.

Therapist Unavailability

If a consultation cannot be completed due to therapist-related circumstances, the patient will be offered an alternative appointment or other reasonable resolution.
